After learning these things she started realizing that she shouldn’t try to force anyone to follow her ideas and she shouldn’t hire contractors whose only concern is getting paid every week no matter what happens to the end result. So after this experience we always hire contractors who have worked alongside them before and trust their ability to perform the project successfully; we believe that if they aren’t able to deliver then neither can we.
