Window walls
In towers, glass often runs floor to ceiling and wall to wall. A mounting frame gives the panels a square edge, and tier-on-tier panels let you open the top for light and keep the bottom closed for privacy.
Condensation in winter
With 145 freezing nights a year, condo glass gets cold. Open the louvers on cold days so warm air reaches the glass, and wipe the sill if moisture collects.
Building rules
Most condo corporation rules are about what shows from outside: often white or off-white facing the glass. Check yours before ordering a colour, and book the elevator for delivery and install day.
