Condos and apartments
41% of homes are in multi-unit buildings, where the outside walls belong to the building. Exterior shutters usually aren't an option there; interior shutters are.
Shade outside the glass
With 62 days a year at 90°F or more, exterior aluminum louvers or rolling shutters can shade a window before the sun reaches the glass. Inside, tilting wood louvers control light and privacy from the room.
Aluminum inside the house
Most aluminum shutters sold today are made for outdoors. Our own aluminum interior shutters are coming in 2027, made for bathrooms and humid rooms, with a wood-look finish and the same moulding levels as our wood shutters. No price until launch.
