Balcony doors
With 79% of homes in multi-unit buildings, many patio doors here open onto a balcony. Bifold panels fold back in pairs and need little floor space; check what your condo corporation allows to show through the glass.
Older door openings
64% of homes are decades old, and older door openings settle. Measure the width at the top, middle and bottom; a mounting frame gives the track a straight line to run on.
