If you’re thinking “but isn’t it easier to buy them myself”, yes… but then again, if you have no idea what you’re doing chances are good that you’ll end up buying the cheapest ones available and not necessarily getting the best quality.
2. Don’t Be Afraid Of Warranties
If you haven’t bought a window yet and are planning on doing so soon, please remember that warranties typically cover labor only for most companies. That means a bad experience could force you to pay thousands extra to get shingles fixed. A quick google search of ‘installation warranty’ or ‘window service warranty’ would show you that the industry standard ranges anywhere from $800-$1000 per job depending on the company and location.
