Lastly, we have Traditional Door Styles which range in style from Colonial to Craftsman, which are all similar except Colonial doors always have square posts holding up the header & sill whereas Craftsman style doors had round posts. Each of these types offers distinct advantages & disadvantages in terms of appearance, ease of cleaning, & functionality. However, this doesnt mean that every homeowner should purchase every type of door available. For instance, pocket and colonial doors tend to have smaller glass panes making cleanups easier due to less visible dirtier areas behind the panels.
