After the 2nd revision things went fine, but after 6 weeks I started receiving requests regarding minor changes, like font sizes, color schemes, adding icons, etc. Everything happened in quick spurts because he wanted everything yesterday. The work wasn’t fully optimized, no design consistency existed, many bugs existed and the whole platform worked badly and slow. Since both programmers used different programming languages, one being PHP and other Ruby On Rails, they communicated frequently through slack chatroom and sometimes over Skype calls, which made communication efficient. At this point, the client changed his focus and just requested urgent fixes instead of having discussions regarding further improvements.
