So, every single unit of each model gets assembled by myself in San Francisco CA before being shipped to my warehouse. I use only top grade components such as steel brackets with no polyurethane plastic inserts, premium aluminum rollers for smooth operation, premium vinyl trimming tape, stainless threaded screws, heavy duty weather resistant nylon fasteners, and durable aluminum hardware made especially for our industry standards. Every part is tested individually prior to assembly ensuring flawless quality control.
