In 2020, I wrote this article on a popular topic; “can motorization actually work better than manual operation?” My response was no, but then again why would anyone expect anything less. Manual shutters still remain king, especially if they’re working well enough without motorization added.

And what types of materials could/should be utilized for these various applications? We will discuss each of these topics including examples of different manufacturers utilizing them. For starters, however, I am going to use two of my favorite examples from the past few years to illustrate my point of view. They both come with excellent customer service support.

After final inspections and testing, everything worked perfectly. The first couple of months, the owner checked back regularly to see how things were coming along.
