1. Quality & Price: A lot of people ask me why I’m giving 5 stars rating’s to the quality and price of California Shutters products but they’re just not worth five star ratings. As a rule of thumb, vinyl shutters tend to be cheaper while wooden shutters usually are better suited for homes with higher wind zones.
