(These California wooden shutters have become increasingly popular, especially for those who live in warm climates like Southern CA or Florida. They offer excellent protection against harsh summer sun rays without being bulky or obstructive.)
2. Sliding Glass Door Shutters (Top Floor only). These glass door panels slide along tracks on each side of the doors opening to protect windows from rain and snow.
3. Vertical Blinds (Bottom Floor Only). These blinds are usually made out of vinyl or fabric material. They allow light into rooms but prevent heat gain from outside sources.

For starters, we no longer offer a warranty program because most people who buy shutters don’t ever have problems (even though they are made of natural materials). So, why bother offering a warranty? We just felt like it added complexity without offering real value.

Well, first of all, there ARE other companies offering DIY kit but when I was shopping around and comparing prices I found it wasn’t fair to offer prices that were anywhere close to ours because none had full service delivery options nor did they allow the customer to order through Amazon and receive FREE SHIPPING! Most companies charge you extra after the product arrives and you realize that you weren’t expecting them to deliver because you’ve made no payment until AFTER the product has arrived. And while these companies claim they’re ready to ship products to Australia, many times they aren’t actually shipping anything since they haven’t shipped the product yet themselves!!! These companies usually ship you a cheap plastic box with nothing inside! When customers call their support line and ask questions, it seems most of their answers aren’t correct either.
