In my opinion, I believe there needs to be some sort of universal truth or creed among home improvement professionals. This is a belief system which helps us stay grounded during times of chaos and confusion. It was only through doing this that I could remain calm amid chaos while helping people realize their dreams and aspirations. As I reflect back on everything I learned along the way, as well as those experiences which shaped me personally, I see where I got things terribly wrong and made plenty of mistakes. Some lessons I will keep forever; other ones, I’m ready to unlearn.
